Welcome to all new and returning families! The St. Dominic Parent School Association (PSA) is excited to kick off another great year where we, as a community, connect, collaborate and contribute. The PSA supports St. Dominic School students and staff through various fundraising, event planning, and volunteer efforts. Our members are ambassadors of our school, promoting our school to the public and welcoming each new family on an individual level.

Our PSA is composed of parents who want to be involved and participate in activities within our school community. PSA members are leaders who help plan, promote and execute various events and fundraisers. We welcome all interested parents to join the PSA and to help make our school the BEST school in the Northfield area.

Our PSA hosts events throughout the year, and there is a wide variety of options and ways for you to get involved. Also, it’s a great way to complete your family’s required volunteer hours! Don’t worry, we don’t expect each member of PSA to organize all events. Our hope is our committee will be large enough for you to pick and choose…many hands make light work.

The mission of St. Dominic School’s PSA is to build an inclusive community through the stated mission and core values of St. Dominic School. The PSA does this as follows:

• Promote a sense of community among the entire school
• Encourage a culture of participation and volunteerism
• Provide a tool for strong communication between the parent body and the school’s administration and faculty
• Foster and grow communication
• Raise funds, in cooperation with the Advancement Office, the Development Committee, and the School Board. These funds provide financial support to the school and the families at St. Dominic School
