Dear St. Dominic Supporters, Friends and Families:
It is with regret that we inform you we have decided to reschedule Saints’ Night Out due to the COVID-19 outbreak. We are currently in the process of finding a new date for this event. As soon as our school board makes a decision on a date, we will let you know ASAP. Below are a couple of items to keep in mind in the upcoming weeks regarding this event:
- Cool Cash Raffle: The show must go on! We still plan to sell tickets during this time. Please, mail your ticket request to the school office at 216 Spring Street North, Northfield, MN 55057. Don’t have a request form, I have attached one for you! We are working to determine a date the Cool Cash Raffle will happen and once we finalize that, we will let you know ASAP. At the very latest, the raffle will happen the evening of Saints’ Night Out. We have already sold 60 tickets! Remember, your odds are 1 in 12 of winning and only 300 tickets will be sold!
- Donated items: Thank you to our families, businesses, and supporters who have generously donated items for the live and silent auction. We will hold onto the items for our event later in the year. If you would still like to donate an item for this event, please me know! I have attached a Donor and Sponsorship form for your reference.
- Volunteer work: We thank each of our volunteers for their work so far planning this event and those willing to step up and help set up the day before and teardown the day after. We will be in touch with you and have a signup genius ready for when we reschedule this event!
- Sponsorships: To each of our gracious sponsors, we are so grateful for your support. If you would like to talk about your current sponsorship, please let me know!
It is our priority at St. Dominic School to keep all of our community members safe and healthy during this time. Thank you for understanding that this decision was not easy to make.
