Financial Assistance Week: February 2-4

Let us help YOU complete your financial assistance applications!

Did you know that students in grades K-8 may qualify for financial assistance? We encourage all interested families to complete an application, and now is your chance to get it off your plate!

This year, we will do scheduled appointments on Tuesday, February 2nd-4th, from 5-7 pm to help you with your applications. We will have access to TADS representatives virtually, too, if we need to contact them for clarification and/or questions.

*Tuition Assistance applications for the 2021-2022 school year MUST be submitted by 11:59 pm on 2/18/21. Due to changes with our supporting foundations, this is a hard deadline, and we will not accept late entries from current SDS families.

 

Items to bring with you to complete your application:
-2020 W2s
-2019 Federal Tax Return (if you have your 2020 complete, bring that too)
-Most recent pay stubs from all employers
-Any business income documentation (examples include: Schedule C, Schedule E, K1, Form 1120, etc)
-Mortgage statement
-If you have had any drastic changes to your family’s income or employment changes due to COVID-19, please bring along a Letter of Consideration that states the changes in your income and/or liabilities over the last year. This letter is extremely important as it tells the story between the numbers of your financial picture that may not be explained on your taxes.
